Exclusive Leads

Your lead.
Not five contractors' lead.

Never shared · never resold · one contractor per trade, per area

100+ contractors nationwide. One per trade, per market.

The Problem

A shared lead isn't a lead.
It's a race you already lost.

This is how the big lead vendors make their money — and why the leads feel worthless by the time they reach you.

!

They sell it more than once

The same homeowner form gets sold to several contractors in your area. You're not being introduced to a customer — you're being entered into a bidding war none of you agreed to. The vendor gets paid either way.

!

It gets old before it reaches you

By the time it lands in your inbox, the homeowner has already taken two calls. You're the third contractor asking the same questions, and you're the one who sounds slow.

!

Price becomes the only lever

When everyone is quoting the same job in the same week, the conversation stops being about your work. You either cut your number to win it or you eat the time you spent quoting. Neither one builds a business.

Why this works against you: homeowners don't impulse buy — it's a comparison game. They contact 3–5 contractors, and whoever responds first and follows up best wins. A shared lead guarantees you're in that pile. An exclusive one means there is no pile.

What We Mean By Exclusive

Two promises, and we hold both

Plenty of companies use the word. Here is exactly what it buys you here.

1

The lead is never shared

Every lead the system generates goes to you and to nobody else. It isn't resold, recycled into a second campaign, or passed on when it goes cold. There's no version of this where the same homeowner is quietly handed to another contractor next week.

2

Your area is locked

One contractor per trade, per area. Once your zip is yours, we turn down everyone else in it for your trade — including the guy down the road who calls us next month. It's also why we ask where you operate early on the call: some markets are already taken.

Contractors Who Left the Lead Vendors

What happens when the lead is only yours

Staten Island, NY

Booked solid

“Every lead is your lead — not shared with ten other guys. Business is fantastic; through the dead winter months, I've been booked solid.”

Joseph Romano · replaced 8 years of Angie's List

Canonsburg, PA

2 serious leads

“Within days I got two serious leads — the guy sent me drawings for the house. That's more than I got from Houzz in four years.”

Gordon Kwasniewski · Togo Custom Homes

Rome, GA

Picks his jobs

“Our leads have easily tripled, and that's made us about 30 to 40% more profitable — we get to pick the jobs we're best at instead of trying to outbid people.”

Jay Stephenson · Hey Mr. Fix-It

Total investment on every one of these: $297/mo.

Questions

Fair things to be sceptical about

Because for the lead vendors, reselling is the business model — one form sold four times is four times the revenue, so “exclusive” usually just means exclusive for a short window before it gets recycled. We don't sell leads. You pay a flat $297/mo for the system that generates them, so there's nothing for us to gain by handing the same homeowner to someone else.

Our clients typically generate 30–60+ exclusive calls a month, but that varies with your trade, your market and what you're spending on ads. We'd rather give you a straight read on your specific area during the call than post a number here that flatters us.

Then we'll tell you on the call and we won't try to sell you something else. Taking a second contractor in the same trade and area would break the promise we made to the first one, and that promise is most of what you're buying.

They're two separate things and you get both. Exclusive means nobody else receives it. Qualified means the AI has already spoken to them, sorted the serious homeowners from the tire-kickers, and only booked the ones who are actually ready. An exclusive tire-kicker still wastes your afternoon.

Not necessarily. The foundation builds you a site that ranks and a Google Business Profile that shows up in the map results, and plenty of leads come in through that — Antonio's $96,000 kitchen came from the SEO, not from ads. Ads are how you turn the volume up when you're ready, and that budget is separate and stays in your own account.

They stay yours, in your CRM, in your name. They don't get returned to a pool or offered to another contractor. Follow-up keeps running on them, because a homeowner who wasn't ready in March is often ready in June.
