Return Policy

How refunds, cancellations, and contract-specific guarantees are handled by ClientSwing LLC.

Important: Product-specific terms shown at checkout and signed client agreements control where they state a different refund policy.

01 General Rule

All ClientSwing purchases are final and non-refundable unless a signed agreement with ClientSwing expressly provides a different refund or guarantee term, or a refund is required by applicable law. This policy applies to purchases made through Whop unless the applicable Whop product page states a more specific policy.

02 Services and Custom Work

Marketing services, implementation work, strategy, creative work, websites, automations, and other custom work require time, third-party costs, and allocated capacity. Once work has started, fees for completed work, reserved capacity, third-party costs, and the current billing period are non-refundable unless your signed agreement says otherwise.

03 Subscriptions

You may cancel a recurring subscription through the Whop billing controls or by contacting us before the next renewal date. A cancellation prevents future renewal charges after it takes effect; it does not refund charges already processed or provide a prorated refund for unused time in the current billing period. Access may continue through the end of the paid period unless we state otherwise.

04 Contract-Specific Guarantees

If you have a signed ClientSwing agreement containing a money-back guarantee, performance commitment, or special refund procedure, that signed agreement controls. Any eligibility conditions, deadlines, required ad spend, client cooperation, and claim process stated in that agreement apply. Marketing outcomes and lead generation involve risk and are not otherwise guaranteed.

05 Chargebacks and Questions

Before opening a chargeback or payment dispute, contact us at info@mailing.getclientswing.com with your order details and a clear description of the issue. We will review the matter in good faith. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of access and recovery efforts where permitted by law.
